MyBuyzz.com accepts images and graphics files with the extensions: .jpg, .gif, and .bmp
MyBuyzz.com accepts video files with the extensions: .wmv, .avi, and .flv

.flv files are Flash Video files, which are smaller files created from many other video/movie formats.
Use a free converter like Riva Encoder (available at http://www.rivavx.com/?encoder) to convert your videos into Flash Video.

Pictures or videos on MyBuyzz.com cannot individually exceed 1mb in size, so your total listing isn't too big for buyers with bandwidth constraints.
Your listing may contain as many pictures and videos as you'd like, however.

Use a free graphics program like Windows Paint (or whatever) to crop and adjust picture sizes.
Use a free video program like Windows Movie Maker (or the Riva Encoder above) to edit videos and adjust their sizes.
